We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of our Services at any time without prior notice.

3. User Accounts and Registration

4. Purchases and Payment Terms

Digital Products

Premium guides and tools are digital products sold with lifetime access, processed securely through Gumroad. All prices are in USD. Payments are processed immediately upon purchase.

Refund Policy

Due to the nature of digital products with immediate access, all sales are final. Refunds may be issued at our sole discretion for technical issues preventing access, duplicate purchases made in error, or billing errors. Refund requests must be submitted within 30 days of purchase to hello@printingtldr.com.

5. Intellectual Property Rights

Our Content

All content, tools, guides, code, designs, text, graphics, logos, and other materials on Printing TLDR are owned by or licensed to Printing TLDR and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

License to Use

By subscribing to the Wide Format Brief, you agree to receive weekly email communications from Printing TLDR via Beehiiv. You can unsubscribe at any time using the unsubscribe link in any newsletter email. We do not send unsolicited commercial email. Subscriber data is managed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

7. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree NOT to use our Services for any illegal or unauthorised purpose, transmit viruses or malware, attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems, interfere with our Services, harass or harm other users, impersonate any person, or circumvent access controls.

Purchased guides with lifetime access remain available after account termination unless termination was due to fraud or Terms violations.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Sweden, without regard to conflict of law provisions.

Disputes arising from these Terms should first be addressed by contacting us at hello@printingtldr.com. We will attempt to resolve disputes informally and in good faith. Any legal proceedings shall be brought in the courts located in Köping, Sweden.

14. Miscellaneous

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Printing TLDR. If any provision is found invalid, the remaining provisions remain in full force. These Terms are written in English; in case of conflict, the English version prevails.
