We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of our Services at any time without prior notice.

3. User Accounts and Registration

Digital products, guides, templates, ebooks, tools, memberships, and Pro resources may be sold through printingtldr.com, printingtldr.tools, WooCommerce, and connected payment providers. Unless otherwise stated, prices are shown in USD and payment is processed at the time of purchase.

Delivery and Access

Digital products are typically delivered immediately after successful payment through download links, account access, email delivery, or customer account pages. Some tools, memberships, or Pro resources may require login access.

Refund Policy

Due to the nature of digital products with immediate access, all sales are generally final. Refunds may be issued at our sole discretion for technical issues preventing access, duplicate purchases made in error, billing errors, or other cases we determine appropriate. Refund requests must be submitted within 30 days of purchase to hello@printingtldr.com.

5. Intellectual Property Rights

By subscribing to the Printing TLDR newsletter, you agree to receive email communications from Printing TLDR through Beehiiv. You can unsubscribe at any time using the unsubscribe link in any newsletter email. We do not send unsolicited commercial email. Subscriber data is managed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

7. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree not to use our Services for any illegal, harmful, or unauthorised purpose. This includes but is not limited to:

Production and Business Results

Printing, DTF production, pricing, profitability, workflow outcomes, and equipment performance depend on many variables including operator skill, environment, substrate, consumables, machinery, maintenance, customer mix, and local market conditions. We do not guarantee specific production results, savings, revenue, margin, or profitability.

AI-Assisted Content

Some Printing TLDR content may be created or assisted by AI tools. While content is reviewed before publication, we do not guarantee that AI-assisted materials are complete, error-free, or suitable for your specific production environment. Always test and verify outputs in your own workflow.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Printing TLDR and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our Services, including loss of profits, business interruption, production failure, data loss, equipment damage, customer disputes, or reliance on content, tools, templates, or guides.

Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim, or €100, whichever is greater.

Purchased guides or digital products with lifetime access may remain available after account termination unless termination was due to fraud, abuse, unauthorised sharing, or Terms violations.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Sweden, without regard to conflict of law provisions.

Dispute Resolution

Disputes arising from these Terms should first be addressed by contacting us at hello@printingtldr.com. We will attempt to resolve disputes informally and in good faith. Any legal proceedings shall be brought in the courts located in Sweden unless applicable consumer protection law requires otherwise.

14. Miscellaneous

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy, and any applicable product or subscriber terms, constitute the entire agreement between you and Printing TLDR regarding the Services. If any provision is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full force. These Terms are written in English; in case of conflict, the English version prevails.
